Packaging
Each package of AlloDerm contains one piece of freeze-dried acellular human tissue.
Packaging consists of a sealed foil bag that contains AlloDerm enclosed in an inner peel-pouch.
Please note, the inner pouch is not sterile.
Attached to each package of AlloDerm are the "Instructions for Use," Tissue Transplant Return Record, and other labels with additional descriptive information.
Shipping
All orders placed by 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Thursday, will ship the same day for delivery the following day by 10:30am. A $20.00 shipping and handling fee is added to all orders. Our standard shipping service is FedEx Priority Delivery. Additional delivery charges will be incurred for emergency orders. LifeCell Corporation does not ship on Fridays because AlloDerm and Cymetra require refrigeration upon arrival.
AlloDerm tissue grafts are shipped at ambient temperature via overnight delivery service within 24 hours of order placement. Although AlloDerm will ship out of refrigeration, this limited exposure will not affect product efficacy or shelf-life.
Due to variability of shipping and storage conditions, LifeCell does not accept returns. |
